Eaton Commons is a newer subdivision on the west edge of Eaton — early 2010s through current phases, still building out in spots. Ranches, two-stories, some patio homes on smaller lots designed for lower maintenance. The neighborhood sits close to Eaton Country Club and the town's main north-south corridor (Highway 85's frontage is a few blocks east).

Most Eaton Commons homes are 3–4 bedrooms, 1,700–2,900 finished square feet. There's a mix of production builds and some semi-custom lots. HOA typically handles front-lawn care in the patio-home sections. Ask specifically about the phase you're looking at — some are covered by a metro district on top of the HOA.
Buyer's Notes From Christine
This is a good pick for a buyer who wants Eaton's school district (RE-2) without the older housing stock of central Eaton, and doesn't need acreage.
