Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which signaturepropertycollection.com collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the signaturepropertycollection.com / website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by the Signature Property Collection.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers’ utilized and other similar information.

Security of your personal information

Signature Property Collection secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Signature Property Collection uses the following methods for this purpose:

SSL Protocol

When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Site cannot be guaranteed.

Web browser cookies

Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. Users may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

Analytics and measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and move through this Site — which pages are read, which searches led here, and which pages lead to someone contacting us. This is how we decide what to write next. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your approximate location (derived from your IP address), device and browser type, and the pages you view. We see this information in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with the contact details you submit through a form.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely, on every site that uses it, by installing Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies in your browser settings, or using a browser or extension that blocks analytics, also works — and nothing on this Site stops working if you do.

Service providers who process information for us

When you submit a form on this Site, your information is handled by a small number of service providers on our behalf. Netlify hosts this Site and records your submission. Lofty, our customer relationship manager, receives your name, email address, phone number and what you asked about, so we can follow up and keep track of the conversation. If you book a call through our scheduling link, that booking is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. Listing information shown on this Site comes from MLS Grid and IRES MLS, and listing photographs may be stored with Cloudinary; neither involves your personal information.

Third-party content loaded on this Site

Some pages load content from other companies, which means your browser contacts them directly. Videos are embedded through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set advertising cookies unless you press play. The community map draws its tiles from CARTO. The mapping software itself is served from this Site rather than a third party, and Google Maps is not loaded in your browser at all — the map's locations are looked up on our server, using the addresses of local businesses, never anything about you. Links to Zillow, Yelp, the Better Business Bureau, Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest are ordinary links: nothing is sent to those companies unless you click through, at which point their own privacy policies apply.

We do not sell your information or advertise to you

This Site carries no advertising trackers — no Facebook pixel, no TikTok pixel, no advertising network tags of any kind. We do not sell or share your personal information for money or other value, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or for profiling that produces decisions about you.

How we use collected information

signaturepropertycollection.com may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to link your account with us to a third party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process for the performance of the contract.

To send you marketing and promotional communications. We and/or our third-party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt-out of our marketing emails at any time.

How we protect your information

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Your rights under Colorado law

The Colorado Privacy Act gives Colorado residents specific rights over their personal information. You may ask us to confirm whether we hold information about you and to give you a copy of it; to correct anything inaccurate; to delete it; and to provide it in a portable format. You may also direct us not to sell it or use it for targeted advertising — though as stated above, we do not do either.

To exercise any of these rights, email thelittleladyinc@gmail.com with what you would like us to do. We will respond within 45 days. Exercising these rights costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for asking. If we decline a request, we will tell you why, and you may appeal that decision by replying to our response; if you are still not satisfied, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General.

Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information that we have collected and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete your personal information from our records, as well as direct our service providers to do the same, unless an exception applies.
