Maplewood Estates Homes
About Maplewood Estates
Maplewood Estates is a small, established Loveland subdivision — mid-1980s through mid-1990s builds on generous lots, mostly single-family ranch and two-story homes on the east side of town. It's the kind of neighborhood where the trees are 30 years old and the streets don't have through traffic.
The Housing Story In Maplewood Estates
Homes here run 3–4 bedrooms, 1,800–2,800 finished square feet, on 8,000–14,000 square foot lots — larger than most modern Loveland builds. Original owners are still in many houses, so when one comes up it deserves a fresh set of eyes on systems (roof, HVAC, sewer scope). No HOA on most streets.
Buyer's Notes From Christine
Maplewood Estates is for buyers who want lot size and settled-in Loveland charm rather than new construction. Values held up well through the 2020s pricing swings. If you're moving in from out of state and comparing NoCo neighborhoods, it usually comes down to Maplewood vs. Governors Ranch vs. one of the newer Boyd Lake area builds — happy to walk you through the tradeoffs.
